Nå har det snart gått ett år siden denne debattartikkelen ble publisert. Bare trist å se at det aldri ble noe debatt rundt dette, og heller ingen endring i mat industrien... Vi har opplevd "koronakrisen" hvor et stort fokus på helseproblematikk er i gjerde. Et fokus på kortreist mat har blitt ett sterkt tema, men hva som blir puttet i maten er fortsatt ikke så farlig, eller?
